IT Partners wins $249M Department of the Navy Financial Management Transformation and Operations ID/IQ

HERNDON, Va.July 11, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — IT Partners, Inc. (ITP), a leading provider of Mission Support, SAP, Software Development and Integration, Modernization and Transformation, and Cybersecurity services to the DoD, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community Sectors, announced that it has awarded the Department of the Navy’s (DON) Financial Operations & Transformation Services (FOTS) Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity prime contracting vehicle. Through DON FOTS, ITP will support the DON’s Financial Management (FM) Operations and FM Transformation efforts, aimed at achieving the DON’s Financial Strategic goals and associated objectives. In addition to supporting the DON’s Financial Operations initiatives, ITP will be supporting the DON’s Strategic Transformation initiatives related to Project Management, Workforce, Talent Management, & Training, Independent Verification & Validation, Governance & Requirements Management, Financial Improvement Coordination, and Executive Strategy & Change Management.

Through this contracting vehicle, ITP will be supporting the DON’s vision of transforming its FM operations into the premier Department of Defense (DoD) institution in alignment with the DoD Financial Management Strategy FY22-26 and the Secretary of the Navy’s strategic guidance. The vision animating the DON’s FM transformation efforts is that financial operations are executed in modern Enterprise Resource Planning systems using standardized business processes with internal controls tested annually based on risk; the DON budget is transparent and executed with fiscal discipline; Senior leaders have access to accurate and timely financial and logistics data, enabling informed decisions; and the FM workforce is inspired, dedicated, and challenged.
