As the Chief Growth Officer, Dean develops, implements, and drives corporate growth strategy with a focus on organic growth – expanding our support with existing customers across the company’s capabilities, and exploiting white space – diversifying our customer-set and capabilities across the DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian markets. At the tactical level, Dean oversees and leads business development, capture, proposal, relationship building, pricing, and marketing – ensuring corporate processes and best practices are adopted and implemented across the business development lifecycle. Dean’s success in growing small businesses throughout his career is directly attributed to his belief in operating with integrity, transparency, humor, and taking care of our teaming partners. In addition to bringing a wealth of expertise across the business development lifecycle in the DoD, IC, and the Federal Civilian markets, Dean is actively engaged and has served in leadership roles in industry organizations such as AFCEA, NDIA, ACT-IAC, MCA, ASMC, AGA, and the GSA OASIS Special Interest Group.

Focused on enterprise digital solutions that drive optimized business operations for our clients and enable them achieve their transformational objectives.
With over 30 years of experience as a retired Naval Officer and as an Executive within industry, my focus is always on achieving outcomes that result in value to the customer. Actively involved across industry and always looking to collaborate with like minded companies.
As an Advisor, Mr. Crovo provides IT Partners leadership with business and growth strategy support. For three decades Mr. Crovo has designed and executed growth strategies for both large and small businesses in the Government professional services and information technology industry resulting in increased revenues and optimal corporate performance. Most recently, Mr. Crovo was President of a fast-growth federal contractor that was successfully acquired by private equity in 2020. Mr. Crovo holds a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA certificate in Information Technology from University of Maryland, University College.
