The Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Headquarters requires commercial professional services to support Headquarters Marine Corps Installations & Logistics (I&L), specifically the Logistics Plans, Policies, and Strategic Mobility Division (LP). This effort provides comprehensive program, logistics, analytical, and technical support across a wide range of task areas, including strategic communications, logistics advocacy, IT portfolio management, Naval and MAGTF logistics integration, deployment and distribution governance, transportation programs, finance initiatives, supply and maintenance modernization, logistics training development, data analytics, future operations, strategic mobility, readiness, prepositioning, audit and compliance, and overall program management.
Support includes policy development, program analysis and improvement, data management, modeling and simulation, software and information management services, and operational advisory group facilitation. Contractors deliver coordinated, accurate, and timely work products to enable I&L to enhance logistics readiness, modernize capabilities, and sustain the Marine Corps’ global expeditionary mission.
